Generally like to be in control of renovations but being new to area had no connections to tradespeople. Refresh was a simple solution. Job was managed well & tradespeople used were efficient & knew their stuff.

I am very happy with the bathroom renovations in my house managed by Kathleen Magon. Nothing was a problem to Kathleen and she sorted out all inquiries in a timely manner. The tradesmen involved were all exceptional workers, courteous and helpful. The only negative comment I have is that it seemed to take a very long time to accomplish, six plus weeks. But maybe I underestimated the amount of work required and the fact that the various tradesmen needed to be on a timetable so they could do their part without being crowded out by another worker on site. I am thrilled with the finished product and it was good to have all options for the fittings and finished to be conveyed to me for a decision. All in all a great job accomplished in Covid conditions!
