We approached Refresh Renovations to discuss some ideas we had to improve our home. The consultant Sophia was extremely helpful and professional (despite our failure to remember the scheduled meeting). She outlined the processes, and timetables, the various steps involved and what the outcome would be. We concluded that we did not want to proceed due to the upheaval it would cause at this point in our lives. However, we would happily commission Sophia and Refresh Renovations to take forward our plans into the future when our situation changes. They were very impressive.
