The final scope included renovating the main bathroom, replacing all windows, sanding the floors, and a complete interior repaint. Additionally, during the project, the team designed and installed a new fireplace and upgraded door hardware and other interior finishes. 

Major Challenges

One of the biggest challenges in this renovation was coordinating the floor sanding and final paint finishes while ensuring that the home remained undisturbed and free from dust or damage. Since other contractors were involved in the kitchen installation, the team had to be extremely precise with scheduling to prevent overlap and ensure a smooth transition between trades.

Additionally, decision-making around materials and finishes was a learning curve for the client. Homeowners initially struggled with understanding the true costs of renovation, including hidden expenses that aren’t always obvious at the start of a project.
