Within this laundry and bathroom design, the family’s top priority was to open up the space. Dark colours, inefficient storage and a poor layout originally made the two areas appear small and cluttered. A new layout along with updated tiling, cabinetry, appliances, lighting and fans has resulted in a bright and functional new bathroom and laundry.  
The completed renovation has exceeded the family’s expectations. While it was estimated that the project would be completed within twelve weeks, Refresh's team presented the family with their new home three weeks early.
