How much will my project cost?

That will depend on a long list of variables including the time that your project will take to carry out, the materials you opt for, any building and resource consents it may require and the complexity of the job. Home extensions are common in the Manukau region: whether it be to create more living, bedroom or storage space. Same level extensions often fall within the range of $60,000 - $200,000 - but again, this will depend on your project. Second storey additions usually begin at the $200,000 mark. Garages are also an area of interest in Manukau’s busier neighborhoods, and can be built for between $30,000 - $100,000+.
