Will Refresh take care of any required consents?

Bathroom renovations which stay within an existing layout, and don’t require structural changes, generally won’t require council consent. However, if, for example, you are interested in a bathroom addition, Refresh West Auckland can take care of the building consent application process for you.

Wherever possible, opt for recycled materials or materials that can be reused once they have lived out their lives in your bathroom.
