Rachel ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible including organising the trades (plumber, builders, electrician, glazier, flooring, shower dome installer). Rachel was fantastic to work with and is really exactly who you want if you’re renovating from a distance! She communicated regularly and clearly through the quote and design process which gave us the confidence to take the plunge. I immediately got the sense Rachel “got me” and my vision (as well as the budget). Progress on the build itself was swift and when there were changes to the timeline/plans/products again communication was great and I felt included and informed even from afar. I’m particular about how I like things and renovating can be overwhelming - having time and information was key. We were supported all the way through to the final touches at the end. I appreciated her warm, friendly as well as professional approach.
