Rachel works in the project coordinator’s role for Refresh Hawkes Bay. Her role starts at the beginning of the refresh process working closely with our designer and liaising with the client to ensure all the detail has been included in the scope so we can price projects accurately.  She is the person who ensures all the materials and selections have been ordered from suppliers so once a project has started everything runs smoothly on site and to schedule.
Rachel enjoys working with clients to help bring their dream renovation to reality. She loves working with colours, textures and style and is always available to help clients choose their bathroom fixtures and fittings, kitchen cabinetry, flooring, paint colours etc. Sometimes clients like a bit of reassurance to ensure what they are choosing is going to work well together.  Rachel is very good at describing to clients the different tones, what is a warm or cool colour, how adding a bit of texture helps add interest etc.
Prior to working in this role, Rachel was a client of Refresh and undertook an extensive kitchen, laundry and bathroom renovation in her beautiful art deco home. She understands and appreciates the value of having a renovation project managed through the Refresh process. When she was offered a role to join our team, she jumped at the chance.
Rachel is very good at liaising with a wide range of people and ensuring the clients voice is heard. She has very high standards and strives hard to ensure the best possible service is provided to our clients and the wider team at all times. She is an integral part of the success of  Refresh Hawkes Bay.
