Tamara joins with a rich understanding of design processes and project management - a testament to her impressive background in the construction industry. As a critical thinker with a fine eye for detail, she loves designing, creating, and establishing innovative solutions.
Early in her career, Tamara co-established a design and marketing studio, managing administrative and financial duties. Following that venture, she studied Architectural Design and later joined a community group that aimed to enhance social connection and promote sustainable co-housing. This experience is invaluable to her role as a Renovation Specialist.
Further to her previous roles, Tamara has managed the design and construction of new hospitality projects and worked as a consultant to guide clients from design to build. Her industry expertise is truly impressive and highlights her passion for the profession.
