Michelle’s background spans 15 years in the financial services industry. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and marketing, she began working with a local financial advising firm, before moving into a sales development role within a large financial services company. Since then she has discovered a passion for management and helping people to develop within their roles.
Michelle has been very successful at building resilient teams with a strong collaborative and results-driven culture. She enjoys supporting people through growth and change. These qualities have helped her to prepare her team members for future career opportunities.
In joining the Refresh team in Perth, she is able to put her interPersonal skills to use in helping consult with homeowners regarding the outcomes they wish to achieve from their renovations. Her many years spent helping colleagues work toward their career goals is a skill she transfers into the renovation market to help clients realise their lifestyle goals. 
The recent renovation of her own 1960s family home to welcome a new baby has sparked an interest in the impact of functional space on family life and reviving older homes for modern-day living. Recognising the potential in a property and achieving it excites her about the renovation industry. She looks forward to helping you create your dream home.
